• In this block, we will introduce the science of botany through imagination and artistry. In this block, our goal is to set the foundation to understand higher concepts in the second block and beyond. It’s important to start in a way that speaks not only to the head but also the heart, and that is the reason for all the art.

• Students will come to understand the development from simpler forms of plants, such a lichen and algae, to more advanced forms like conifers. In the second block, we will go much farther.
