Campers will need to bring their own snack and lunch.
Families will also be asked to provide costume materials which can be quite fun and organic. (This need not be a big expense, but making use of ordinary materials and garments).

⟡ Set in the arid islands of Ancient Greece, at a time when gods and goddesses spoke through the wind and the waves and curses upon human beings, the story of Perseus and Medusa is one of the iconic human stories.
⟡ Come join us for a week and a half of theater camp as we play theater games, make costumes, make music, practice speech arts, and prepare a performance of this epic tale that will bring it to life!

About Mr. Andrea
⟡ Nicholas Andrea is an experienced Waldorf teacher, teacher trainer, and bard! He has specialty training in speech arts, music and theater for children, and brings his lifelong love of music, poetry and the art of speech into his everyday teaching.
⟡ Nicholas brings a special talent for drawing together the bardic traditions into the children’s performances, and has been writing and directing throughout his teaching career.
⟡ Nicholas has worked in education for ten years. He is currently the lead teacher-creator at Enkindle Academy (https://enkindleacademy.com/) where he has developed a full academic homeschooling curriculum for grades 5-8 in addition to extracurricular classes.
⟡ Nicholas will be traveling from upstate New York out of his passion to ignite the enthusiasm of children across the continent.
⟡ He believes strongly in homeschooling as a way to raise healthy, joyful, and capable human beings. This is an opportunity and experience that you won’t want your child to miss!
